ABOUT CATHERINE:
Born in the UK and raised in Malta, Catherine has worked as a performer, choreographer and teacher having obtained her teaching qualifications in London.
As a dancer she graduated with Honours from the College of Jazz Dance in Malta in 1999 in Commercial and Lyrical Jazz dance, Musical Theatre and Contemporary dance.
She was also a senior member of Malta’s renowned YADA Dance Company for 15 years during which time she performed in various theatrical and television productions, operas, music videos, musical productions etc. both in Malta and internationally.
Apart from this, she also headed the Performing Arts Dance Faculty of the only academic school in Malta to have Dance in their curriculum.
Having moved to the Netherlands, Catherine will now be teaching Modern/Lyrical dance classes here!
Filled with energy and enthusiasm her classes will allow you to focus on technique without forsaking the artistry of dance… Not to be missed!

WHAT IS ZUMBA?
Zumba is the big dance/aerobic craze at the moment, and it is spreading fast worldwide! It is like no other workout you will ever experience!
Zumba is a nice aerobic en fitness training on great Latin and Brazilian music, varied with short dance combinations.
The movements are build from diverse Latin dance movements like Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Cumbia, Reggaeton and more!
No difficult choreographies, and you don’t need a dance partner! Zumba is for everybody: young and old! Don’t miss it!
Days: Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays
