GENERAL TERMS
· Registrations have to be done by e-mail and at least two days before the courses start. Send an e-mail to zoukclaudia@planet.nl.
· The registration fee have to paid on the first day of the course. You can pay by pin (the first 4 weeks) or with cash money.
· It is also possible to pay by bank transfer. If you choose for this payment, you have to pay in advance, before the start of the lessons. Bank details: BRASAZOUK, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., account number 52.85.77.573 in
· If you are a new student, please bring a picture ('pasfoto') at the first lesson for your membership card.
· It is not possible to enter the lessons without paying! If you do so, we will kindly ask you to leave the dance floor! No exceptions!
· We don’t refund money! If you are not able to follow a lesson, you can catch up by doing an extra lesson during the SAME course (it can also be another dance). It is NOT possible to catch up lessons during another/next course! You will need a ticket to catch up a lesson. Please send an e-mail to ask for this ticket to: zoukclaudia@planet.nl !
· If you start later in a course, you will not get a discount on the registration fee. However, you will be able to catch up the lesson you have missed on other days. This also goes for people who are going on vacation!
· If you get injured or if you get sick for a long time, we will ‘freeze’ your registration until you are able to start again. But you have to let us know this right away by e-mail or call 06-44962255.
· Unless we are getting a cancellation from a student for not continuing a course, we suppose that the registration will continue for the next course. If you want to stop with a course, please let us know this at least 2 weeks before the end of a course.
